The process flow is degrease → water rinse → water rinse → film formation → water rinse → drying. The treatment method is immersion. Treatment time is 3 to 10 minutes at room temperature. For bath preparation, fill the tank halfway with water. Add 50 to 80 kg of this natural film forming agent per 1000 liters. Fill to working level and mix well before use.

Do not leave parts in the air for too long. Rinse thoroughly between steps with clean water. Add fresh product based on daily throughput, bath color, pH value, and film formation point changes. This ensures film quality. Wear chemical-resistant gloves during operation. Avoid direct skin contact with the treatment solution. This natural film forming agent is packaged in 20 or 25 kg plastic drums. Store sealed in a cool, dry, and ventilated area.
