The bath can be used for a long time with continuous circulation. The process flow is degrease → water rinse → water rinse → post-treatment. The treatment method is ultrasonic or immersion. Winsir Acidic Degreaser for Aluminum WSA-3 requires proper bath preparation. For 1000 liters, fill the tank halfway with water. Add 50 to 80 kg of the product. Mix well. Fill to working level and mix again before use. For maintenance, remove floating oil and sludge daily. After degreasing, avoid exposing aluminum parts to air for long periods before the next process. This prevents surface oxidation. Test the bath concentration regularly and add fresh product to maintain effectiveness. When the bath becomes too dirty or aged, replace it completely.
