Strong oil lift without harsh solvent

The stainless degreaser from Winsir Decoration Materials Co., Ltd is a water-soluble liquid of blended high-efficiency surfactants that emulsify and dissolve oil automatically, near odourless and free of volatile organic solvent, yet it cuts heavy, stubborn grease.
Dose and bath control
Added at 5-7% by weight and run warm at 40-75 C for the best cut, the alkaline bath works by immersion and is also a strong partner for ultrasonic cleaning, where the cavitation multiplies the grease release. Time on the part runs 3 to 10 minutes depending on load.
Alkalinity without the damage
Being alkaline, the solution is made in plastic or acid-and-alkali-resistant vessels, and light soils run a 25-30 point alkalinity while heavy soils go 30-40; higher is not better, because the grade of stainless sets its own alkali tolerance. Floating oil is skimmed each shift to keep parts clean on exit.
