Stainless Degreaser

Winsir Stainless Steel Degreaser WSA-4 is a colorless liquid. It contains multiple high-efficiency surfactants. It is suitable for cleaning and degreasing all types of stainless steel. This stainless steel degreaser quickly strips surface oils. It emulsifies and dissolves both light and heavy oils. It works especially well on stubborn grease and heavy oil residues. This is a water-soluble product with no volatile organic solvents. It has almost no odor. It is widely used in industrial equipment and machining for stainless steel cleaning and brightening. This stainless steel degreaser also works well for ultrasonic degreasing.

Winsir Stainless Steel Degreaser WSA-4 is an alkaline product. The process flow is degrease → running water rinse → running water rinse → next process. The treatment method is immersion. Treatment time is 3 to 10 minutes depending on the condition. For bath preparation, fill the tank halfway with water. Add 5% to 7% of this stainless steel degreaser. Mix well and fill to working level. The ideal temperature is 40 to 75°C. At this temperature, degreasing results are optimal. Remove floating oil and grease from the bath surface daily.

Winsir Stainless Steel Degreaser WSA-4 requires proper alkalinity control. For light oil, maintain alkalinity at 25 to 30 points. For medium to heavy oil, maintain alkalinity at 30 to 40 points. Note that higher alkalinity is not always better. Adjust based on the stainless steel grade. This stainless steel degreaser should be kept away from children. Do not use it to wash hands. Use plastic or other acid/alkali-resistant containers for the working solution. Wear acid/alkali-resistant gloves and protective masks during use. Ensure good ventilation in the work area.
