This exterior cleaning agent for EMU trainsets is suitable for cleaning and degreasing train exterior surfaces. It quickly removes surface oils and grease. It emulsifies and dissolves both light and heavy oils. It works especially well on stubborn grease. This is a water-soluble product with no volatile organic solvents. It has almost no odor. This exterior cleaning agent for EMU trainsets is also widely used in rail transit vehicles, industrial equipment, and machining for cleaning and brightening.

Winsir Exterior Cleaning Agent for EMU Trainsets WSA-15 comes in two types. Type I is a mild formula with a pH of 6.0 to 10.0. Type II is a stronger formula with a pH of 2.0 to 6.0. Both are uniform liquids with no irritating odor. They are stable in appearance. They dissolve completely in water with no layering, cloudiness, or precipitation. Cleaning power is 95% or higher for both types. Rinsing is easy with no residue. This exterior cleaning agent for EMU trainsets is safe for metals. Corrosion testing on 45# steel shows level 0 or 1 appearance with minimal weight loss.

Winsir Exterior Cleaning Agent for EMU Trainsets WSA-15 is also safe for painted surfaces. Testing at 40±2°C for 24 hours shows no blistering, no significant loss of gloss, and no discoloration. Paint hardness shows no significant change. The process flow is degrease (can be repeated) → running water rinse → running water rinse. Treatment methods include spray, immersion, and wipe cleaning. Treatment time is 3 to 5 minutes depending on the condition. The working concentration is 10% to 30%. Bath temperature is room temperature or heated to 40 to 50°C.
