Degreaser for Galvanized Sheet

Winsir Degreaser for Galvanized Sheet WSA-4 is a colorless liquid. It contains multiple high-efficiency surfactants. It is suitable for cleaning and degreasing various types of galvanized sheet. This degreaser for galvanized sheet quickly strips surface oils. It emulsifies and dissolves both light and heavy oils. It works especially well on stubborn grease. This is a water-soluble product with no volatile organic solvents. It has almost no odor. It is widely used in industrial equipment and machining for galvanized sheet cleaning and brightening. This degreaser for galvanized sheet also works well for ultrasonic degreasing.

Winsir Degreaser for Galvanized Sheet WSA-4 is a mildly alkaline product. The process flow is degrease (can be repeated) → running water rinse → running water rinse → next process. The treatment method is immersion. Treatment time is 3 to 5 minutes depending on the condition. For bath preparation, fill the tank halfway with water. Add 4% to 6% of this degreaser for galvanized sheet. Mix well and fill to working level. The ideal temperature is 40 to 60°C. At this temperature, degreasing results are optimal. Remove floating oil and grease from the bath surface daily.

Winsir Degreaser for Galvanized Sheet WSA-4 requires proper pH control. Test the bath pH regularly. If the pH approaches neutral, add more degreaser to maintain a pH of 7 to 8. This degreaser for galvanized sheet should be kept away from children. Do not use it to wash hands. Use plastic or other acid/alkali-resistant containers for the working solution. Wear acid/alkali-resistant gloves and protective masks during use. Ensure good ventilation in the work area.
