High-temperature Baked Finish

Winsir High-Temperature Baked Finish is a thermosetting coating designed for industrial applications. Unlike air-dry paints, this baked finish requires heat to cure and form a hard, cross-linked film. The baking process creates a dense, glossy surface that resists scratches, chemicals, and weathering. We tested this high-temperature baked finish with a metal parts factory in Foshan. Their components coated with our product passed 500 hours of salt spray testing with no corrosion. This product is widely used for automotive parts, machinery, and metal furniture.

Winsir High-Temperature Baked Finish uses a thermosetting resin system. The main components include amino resins, alkyd resins, or polyester resins. These cross-link under heat to form a tough, three-dimensional network. The curing temperature ranges from 100 to 200°C. Curing time varies from 15 to 60 minutes depending on the temperature and substrate. This high-temperature baked finish has high solid content and low VOC emissions. It is available in a wide range of colors and gloss levels. Application methods include spray, dip, and electrostatic coating.

Winsir High-Temperature Baked Finish delivers exceptional hardness and durability. Pencil hardness reaches 2H to 3H after proper curing. Adhesion (cross-cut) is level 0 or 1. Impact resistance is 50 kg·cm or higher. Salt spray resistance exceeds 500 hours with no blistering or rusting. Chemical resistance is excellent against oils, solvents, and mild acids/alkalis. The gloss level can be adjusted from high gloss (≥90 GU) to matte finish. This high-temperature baked finish also offers good weather resistance with minimal color fading under UV exposure.
