High-efficiency Dewaxing Agent

Winsir High-Efficiency Dewaxing Agent WSA-6 is formulated with imported high-quality surfactants, environmentally friendly auxiliaries, corrosion inhibitors, and co-solvents. It has strong wetting and penetrating power. It rinses off easily. This high-efficiency dewaxing agent quickly strips stubborn wax from pores. It removes wax completely and quickly. It is suitable for cleaning residual waxy oils, polishing wax, metal oxides, fingerprints, and grease from stainless steel, iron, aluminum, and other metals after polishing. This product contains no strong alkaline ingredients. It does not corrode or oxidize metal surfaces. Workpieces stay bright and do not discolor after cleaning.

Winsir High-Efficiency Dewaxing Agent WSA-6 can be used in two ways. For ultrasonic cleaning, use 3% to 5% concentration at 50 to 70°C for 1 to 8 minutes. For immersion cleaning, use 4% to 6% concentration at 60 to 80°C for 8 to 15 minutes. The process flow is ultrasonic dewaxing (or immersion) → water rinse → next process. For bath preparation, fill the tank 2/3 full with water and heat to 50°C. Add the required amount of this high-efficiency dewaxing agent while stirring. Fill to working level and heat to the required temperature.

Winsir High-Efficiency Dewaxing Agent WSA-6 requires regular maintenance. Adjust the concentration based on wax and oil levels. Rinse workpieces thoroughly after cleaning. Remove floating wax from the bath surface regularly. This prevents secondary contamination. Add fresh product daily to maintain cleaning effectiveness. When adding fresh product no longer improves results, the bath has too much dissolved wax and needs replacement. Wear chemical-resistant gloves during operation. This high-efficiency dewaxing agent is not for consumption. Keep away from children. Do not use it to wash hands.
