Acidic Degreaser

Winsir Acidic Degreaser WSA-5 is a water-based acidic cleaner. It contains no volatile organic compounds. It is non-flammable and non-explosive. This acidic degreaser has some rust removal capability. Its degreasing performance is excellent. It contains corrosion inhibitors. These protect the workpiece from over-corrosion while the bath removes rust. They also prevent hydrogen embrittlement. This acidic degreaser has fume suppression properties. It minimizes acid mist from the bath. This prevents rust and corrosion in the workshop caused by acid fumes. The product itself is non-toxic with no irritating odor. It does not corrode workpieces. This acidic degreaser can be used at different concentrations for different oil levels.

Winsir Acidic Degreaser WSA-5 is a clear liquid. The recommended concentration is 3% to 5%. Treatment temperature is room temperature. Treatment time is 6 to 15 minutes. The process flow is acidic degrease → 2 overflow rinses → next process. This acidic degreaser is added to the pickling bath. For bath preparation, fill the tank halfway with water. Add the working proportion of mixed acid and mix well. Wait for the bath to cool to room temperature. Then add 3% to 5% of this acidic degreaser. Fill to working level and mix well before use.

Winsir Acidic Degreaser WSA-5 requires regular maintenance. As processing continues, the concentration drops. Add more product regularly to maintain degreasing effectiveness. Remove floating oil from the bath surface to prevent re-contamination. Remove accumulated oil and sludge from the bath surface daily. Add product daily to maintain optimal bath conditions. This acidic degreaser is packaged in 20 or 25 kg plastic drums. Store sealed in a cool, dry, and ventilated area.
