A nano polymer film that replaces phosphate
A phosphate line carries sludge, heavy metals and a waste bill. The Alkaline silane treatment agent from Winsir Decoration Materials Co., Ltd is a room-temperature, phosphate-, zinc-, chromium-, fluoride- and molybdenum-free single-liquid silane that forms a nano polymer film on metal in one to two seconds by immersion, spray, roller or brush, with no conditioner step before it.
Environmental and cost case
The chemistry adds no nitrite or molybdate promoter, contains none of the long list of regulated metals, throws no sludge and discharges no heavy-metal wastewater, so the line can hold a true zero-metal discharge. It cuts equipment outlay about 30%, saves around 30% on floor, water, power and labour, and beats phosphate sludge treatment by roughly 80% on cost.
Bath and film
Charged at just 4-5%, forty to fifty kilograms per cubic metre of tap water, the pale-yellow liquid is run at room temperature with only pH held, 7.5-8.5 for spray and 8-8.5 for immersion. The film matches the metal colour, measures 0.01-0.02 micron, gives grade-1 adhesion and 1 mm flexibility, and holds indoor rust-free for 20-30 days.
Corrosion proof and reach
On steel the neutral salt-spray film passes 500 hours with no lift, blister or rust and on aluminium the salt-spray passes 1000 hours. The Alkaline silane treatment agent co-treats iron, aluminium, zinc and stainless on one line, and parts can be acid-washed first and silane-treated after; it ships 40-50 kg per cubic metre of bath and replaces acid-then-phosphate routes.
A drop-in for the phosphate line
Because it accepts existing tanks and can run alongside a legacy pre-treatment, a plant converts to silane without rebuilding the whole line, recovering the savings early.
