Heat-activated stripping of hard-to-shift oil
Drawing oil and heavy press lubricant do not release in a cold bath. The Heated Degreaser line from Winsir Decoration Materials Co., Ltd pairs a high-temperature alkali and inorganic-salt powder with an anionic wetting agent, plus a liquid degreaser built on strongly penetrating actives, so high-viscosity and stubborn oil lifts off without attacking the workpiece. Running warm, the emulsifying strength climbs and the stripping power doubles.
Bath and operating window
Made up at about 7% strength, 4-6% component A with 2-4% component B per thousand litres, the bath runs a total alkalinity of 18 to 30. Degreasing temperature sits at 45-80 C, holding the tank near 60-70 C gives the best cut. Immersion takes 8-20 minutes and spray 3 to 5. The concentration is topped up as work consumes it.
Handling and reuse
The solution is made up to strength and re-dosed as it weakens, so a bath runs across many parts rather than being dumped. Skimming floating oil off the surface each shift stops parts picking grease back up on the way out. Because the powder is a stable alkali blend, it is dosed by titration, not guesswork.
Pack and duty
The Heated Degreaser powder comes in 25 kg woven bags and the liquid degreaser in 20 or 25 kg plastic drums, kept sealed in a cool, dry place. It suits the pre-phosphate stage where the next bath only works on a truly clean, oil-free surface.
Titrate the bath, do not guess
Total alkalinity is checked by titration and held to the duty at hand, so the same bath clears light mill oil or heavy press residue without over-stripping. The powder-and-liquid pair lets a plant fine-tune strength as the load swings shift to shift. A skimming and top-up routine keeps the free-oil load low so the workpiece leaves the bath clean rather than re-contaminated on the way out.
