Heated Degreaser

Winsir Heated Degreaser WSA-2 is a two-component system. The degreaser powder uses heat-resistant alkalis and inorganic salts. It includes anionic surfactants for stable performance. The degreaser liquid uses strong penetrating surfactants and auxiliaries. This heated degreaser has stable chemical properties at high temperatures. Emulsification is enhanced and degreasing efficiency is multiplied. Under heated conditions, it removes high-viscosity and stubborn oils effectively. It removes drawing oil without damaging workpieces. It produces no irritating odors. This heated degreaser can be used at different concentrations for different oil levels.

Winsir Heated Degreaser WSA-2 comes in two forms. The degreaser powder is a white powder. The degreaser liquid is a clear liquid. The recommended total concentration is 7%. Component A is 4% to 6%. Component B is 2% to 4%. The total alkalinity ranges from 18 to 30. The degreasing temperature is 45 to 80°C. Degreasing time is 8 to 20 minutes for immersion. Degreasing time is 3 to 5 minutes for spray. This heated degreaser is used in a degrease → overflow rinse → next process flow.

Winsir Heated Degreaser WSA-2 requires proper tank maintenance. For 1000 liters, fill the tank halfway with water. Add 40 to 60 kg of degreaser powder and 20 to 40 kg of degreaser liquid. Mix well and fill to working level. As processing continues, the concentration drops. Add more product regularly to maintain degreasing effectiveness. Remove floating oil from the tank surface to prevent re-contamination. For phosphating pre-treatment, control total alkalinity at 20 to 30 for normal oil, 30 to 40 for medium oil, and 40 to 60 for heavy oil. The ideal temperature is 60 to 70°C.
