Refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioner panels are touched every day. Ordinary paint holds fingerprints and looks dirty. Winsir Smart Appliance Paint is a highly crosslinked polyurethane or UV-curable coating. The film hardness reaches 2H pencil hardness. Steel wool abrasion testing of 300 cycles shows no marks. We tested this smart appliance paint with a home appliance panel factory in Foshan. Their refrigerator doors passed sweat testing and anti-fingerprint testing. This product meets GB/T 23312.2 and RoHS requirements. It is suitable for refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and smart home housings.

Winsir Smart Appliance Paint offers two systems. The two-component PU system uses hydroxyl acrylic resin with aliphatic isocyanate. The UV system uses urethane acrylate with high-functionality monomers. At 25°C, the No.4 cup viscosity is 35 to 50 seconds. Solid content is 50% or higher. The recommended process includes primer, color coat, and clear coat. We add fluorosilicone additives for anti-fingerprint performance. The water contact angle is 105° or higher. QUV testing after 500 hours shows ΔE below 1.0.

Winsir Smart Appliance Paint delivers high hardness. Tested per GB/T 6739, pencil hardness is 2H or higher. RCA abrasion testing at 175g load exceeds 300 cycles. For anti-fingerprint performance, the water contact angle is 105° or higher. Oil and grease do not adhere easily. Fingerprints wipe off with a simple cloth. For sweat and cosmetic resistance, artificial sweat at pH 4.7 shows no whitening or blistering after 24 hours. Yellowing resistance is excellent with ΔE below 1.0 after 500 hours QUV.
