Two cure routes, one finish
Buyers can spec a two-part polyurethane built on hydroxyl acrylic resin with an aliphatic isocyanate, or a UV system on urethane acrylate with high-functionality monomer. Cup-4 viscosity runs 35-50 seconds and solids clear 50%, laid as primer, colour and clear. A fluorine-silicone additive lifts the water contact angle to 105 degrees or more so skin oil does not hold the surface.
Wear, sweat and colour hold
Artificial sweat at pH 4.7 sits on the film for 24 hours with no whitening or blister, and 500 hours of QUV shift colour by less than dE 1.0. The coating meets GB/T 23312.2 and RoHS. Colour and anti-fingerprint level can be tuned to a brand spec, and the finish suits refrigerator, washing-machine and air-conditioner panels and smart-home housings.
