Winsir Eco-Friendly Conversion Coating Agent WSAL-F2 follows a simple process. For aluminum: degrease → water rinse → water rinse → conversion coat → water rinse → water rinse → drying. Treatment time is 2 to 5 minutes. Treatment temperature is room temperature. For bath preparation, clean the tank thoroughly and add water to 60% capacity. Add 2% to 4% of this eco-friendly conversion coating agent and mix well. Measure the bath pH and maintain it between 3.5 and 5.5. Fill to working level and mix well before use. Check the bath pH every 2 to 3 hours. Adjust with the conversion coating agent if needed.
