UV Pro Epoxy

UV inkjet printers need low-viscosity inks that do not clog nozzles. They also need fast curing. Winsir UV Pro Epoxy is specifically designed for this purpose. Viscosity is only 15 to 50 centipoise. Surface tension is 28 to 32 mN/m. On Ricoh printheads at 6 to 8 meters per minute, it prints continuously for 8 hours without clogging. We supplied this UV pro epoxy to an ink factory in Guangdong. Their UV inks made with our resin print on glass and metal with good adhesion and scratch resistance. This product meets ISO 2834 standards. It is suitable for digital printing, labels, and decorative panels.

Winsir UV Pro Epoxy uses low-viscosity urethane acrylate oligomers. These are blended with high-functionality reactive diluents like IBOA and VEEA. We add leveling and wetting agents. At 25°C, viscosity is 15 to 50 centipoise and is adjustable. Surface tension is 28 to 32 mN/m for stable jetting in piezoelectric printheads. Cure speed is fast with single-pass full cure under 395 nm LED lamps. This UV pro epoxy is 100% solid with no solvents. It has good pigment wetting properties for high-color-concentration CMYK and white inks.

Winsir UV Pro Epoxy delivers reliable jetting performance. Tested on Ricoh Gen5 printheads at 6 to 8 m/min for 8 continuous hours, there is no nozzle clogging or line breakage. Droplet placement is accurate with few satellite drops. For curing speed, full cure is achieved at 300 mJ/cm² LED energy. This supports high-speed production lines. For film performance, cross-cut adhesion on glass, metal, and PET film reaches level 0 to 1. Pencil hardness is HB to 1H. Flexibility is good with a 2mm bend test showing no cracking. Alcohol resistance (500g load, 50 rubs) shows no peeling.
