Resion UV Epoxy Resin

Many 3D printing resins shrink during curing. This causes warping and dimension errors. Winsir Resion UV Epoxy Resin is an epoxy-acrylate hybrid system. Volume shrinkage is only 3% to 5%. This is much lower than ordinary acrylate resins at 6% to 10%. We supply this resin to a prototype factory in Dongguan. They used to have corner warping on large parts. After switching to our resion UV epoxy resin, the problem disappeared. This product meets ASTM D-638 standards. It is suitable for figurines, jewelry, engineering prototypes, and medical models.

Winsir Resion UV Epoxy Resin uses an epoxy acrylate and urethane acrylate hybrid system. It includes high-efficiency photoinitiators (TPO, 819) and UV absorbers. At 25°C, the viscosity is 200 to 600 centipoise and is adjustable. Density is 1.08 to 1.12 g/cm³. The curing wavelength is 365 to 405 nm. The bottom cure depth exceeds 0.1 mm at 50 mW/cm² for 10 seconds. Curing shrinkage is 3% to 5% by volume. We add antioxidants and light stabilizers to improve yellowing resistance.

Winsir Resion UV Epoxy Resin delivers low shrinkage. Volume shrinkage is below 4%. Large models do not warp or deform easily. Dimensional accuracy is high. For resolution and surface quality, test models show clear 0.2 mm feature resolution. Surface roughness (Ra) is below 1 micron. Supports are easy to remove. For mechanical properties, tensile strength is 40 to 60 MPa depending on the grade. Elongation at break is 5% to 15%. Shore D hardness is 75 to 85. The heat-resistant grade has a heat deflection temperature (HDT) above 80°C. This resion UV epoxy resin has low viscosity down to 200 centipoise, making it suitable for high-speed printing with good interlayer adhesion.
