Non Yellowing UV Resin

Nail art artists worry about yellowing and dullness after a few days. Winsir Non Yellowing UV Resin uses aliphatic urethane acrylate with a multi-layer UV protection system. Winsir Non Yellowing UV Resin uses high-purity aliphatic urethane acrylate. It includes highly compatible monomers like HEMA and IBOA. We use efficient photoinitiators such as TPO and 819. UV absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) are added for extra protection. The appearance is a clear to slightly yellow liquid. At 25°C, viscosity is 2,000 to 5,000 centipoise. Odor is extremely low. We offer HEMA-free grades upon request. This non yellowing UV resin has 100% solid content. Cure conditions are 60 to 120 seconds under a 36W UV lamp or 30 to 60 seconds under a 48W LED lamp. Cured pencil hardness is B to HB. Elongation at break is 30% to 50%.

Winsir Non Yellowing UV Resin delivers excellent yellowing resistance. Tested per ASTM G-154 QUV aging with UVA-340 at 0.89 W/m² and 60°C light for 4 hours and 50°C condensation for 4 hours, the ΔE after 500 hours is below 1.5. The color change is almost invisible to the naked eye. It stays clear on nails for 2 to 3 weeks. For gloss and clarity, the 60° gloss is 95 GU or higher. Light transmittance is above 93%. The film is clear and bright. For flexibility and adhesion, the cured film bends with the nail without cracking. Peel strength is moderate and does not damage the nail. For safety, skin patch testing shows zero sensitization. HEMA-free grades are even gentler.
