One Adhesive with Three Curing Speeds
Different woodworking jobs need different working times. Inlay work needs a slower cure. Production lines need a faster cure. Winsir Two Part Epoxy for Woodworking gives you three hardener choices. You can adjust the speed based on your needs. The fast-curing type gives you 20 minutes of working time. The slow-curing type gives you 120 minutes of working time. A model company in Shenzhen used the slow type for precision inlay work. They used the fast type for mass production. One two part epoxy for woodworking solved both problems. This product meets the EN 204 D4 weather resistance standard. It is a versatile choice for any workshop.

Material Composition and Hardener Options
Winsir Two Part Epoxy for Woodworking uses a high-purity epoxy resin. We offer three hardeners: fast, medium, and slow. The resin has an epoxy value of 0.52 to 0.54 eq/100g. At 25°C, the resin viscosity is 6,000 to 8,000 centipoise. The fast hardener has a viscosity of 2,000 to 3,000 centipoise. The slow hardener has a viscosity of 4,000 to 5,000 centipoise. You can mix at a 2:1 or 1:1 ratio by volume. This two part epoxy for woodworking has 100% solid content. The curing shrinkage is below 0.1%. We add UV absorbers and antioxidants. After 500 hours of QUV aging, the yellowing index (ΔE) is less than 2.0.
Performance Comparison and Technical Data
Winsir Two Part Epoxy for Woodworking offers flexible processing windows. The fast formula uses a 1:1 mixing ratio at 20°C. It gives you 20 minutes of working time. Initial cure happens in 2 hours. Full cure happens in 8 hours. The Shore D hardness is 85. This is ideal for production lines. The slow formula uses a 2:1 mixing ratio at 20°C. It gives you 120 minutes of working time. Initial cure happens in 8 hours. Full cure happens in 24 hours. The Shore D hardness is 75. The elongation at break is 10%. This is perfect for fine inlay work and large component alignment. For yellowing resistance, we add HALS light stabilizers. This works well for light-colored woods and clear finishes. For bonding strength, no matter which formula you choose, the ASTM D-905 shear strength is between 15 and 20 MPa. Every batch of resin and hardener goes through viscosity testing and cure testing.
