Two-Part and One-Part Options Available

It has high initial tack. It is ideal for high-frequency presses. The one-part type is a moisture-curing polyurethane. You can use it directly. The working time is 10 to 15 minutes. At 20°C with 1.0 to 1.5 MPa pressure, pressing time is only 3 to 10 seconds to reach initial strength.
High Joint Strength and Fast Pressing Data

For pressing speed, the two-part type at 20°C and 1.2 MPa pressure needs only 3 to 10 seconds. This enables continuous high-speed production. One production line can process 10 tons of short materials per day. For weather resistance, this finger-joint adhesive meets EN 204 D4 grade. It can be used outdoors and withstands rain.
