Winsir Professional Wood Glue is a high-performance modified polyvinyl acetate adhesive. Its color is light yellow. After drying, it becomes translucent. Woodworkers around the world use this type of professional wood glue. It has very strong initial tack. It holds parts together quickly after application. Its water resistance is better than standard white glue. It can also be sanded smoothly. We did a comparison with a chair factory in Dongguan. Winsir Professional Wood Glue uses a high-molecular-weight PVAc emulsion. We add plasticizers, tackifying resins, and fillers. The solid content is 48% ± 2%. At 25°C, the viscosity is 28,000 to 35,000 centipoise. It has a paste-like consistency. It will not drip when applied to rough tenons. The pH value is between 6.0 and 7.0. The cured film is hard but flexible. When you sand it, this professional wood glue does not clog the sandpaper. It contains no formaldehyde. It meets EN 204 D2/D3 standards. The open time is 5 to 8 minutes. Above 20°C, you can remove pressure after 30 to 60 minutes.

Winsir Professional Wood Glue delivers strong bonds. Tested according to ASTM D-905, the shear strength is 12 to 15 MPa. This is more than enough for furniture assembly. For moisture resistance, after soaking in 22°C water for 2 hours, the strength retention rate is over 70%. This protects against workshop humidity or accidental water splashes. For sanding performance, the cured glue layer has hardness similar to wood. It will not chip or pill during sanding. It does not affect subsequent painting.
