Paint for Wood Water Based

Winsir Paint for Wood Water Based uses a self-crosslinking polyurethane-acrylic (PUA) composite emulsion. This combines the flexibility of polyurethane with the weather resistance of acrylic. The solid content is 35% ± 2%. At 25°C, the viscosity is 30 to 50 seconds on a No. 4 cup. The pH value is between 7.5 and 8.5. The emulsion particle size is below 0.1 microns. This gives good penetration and film-forming properties. This paint for wood water based includes primers and topcoats in gloss and matte finishes. You can tint it with water-based color pastes. Drying conditions are 15 to 20 minutes for tack-free at 25°C and 50% humidity. Hard drying takes 2 to 4 hours. Full curing takes 7 days.

Winsir Paint for Wood Water Based delivers excellent environmental safety. VOC is measured at 32 grams per liter. Benzene compounds are not detected. Free formaldehyde is below 5 milligrams per kilogram. There is no odor during application. You can move in immediately after drying. For physical performance, tested to GB/T 6739, the pencil hardness is H or higher. Adhesion (cross-cut test) is level 1 or better. It resists water, heat, and acid/alkali for 24 hours without issues. Flexibility is good and it passes a 2mm bend test. For transparency, the film has over 92% light transmittance. After 500 hours of QUV aging, the yellowing index (ΔE) is less than 1.0.
